New York Interior Designer Brings Artisans Together

Friday, December 10th, 2010

Not everyone who seeks employment in the New York Interior Designer world desires to become the next great name in interior design. Many people enter the field seeking positions in specific niches of the field and to thrive at their particular talent. Artists, carpenters, painters, electricians are all sub fields with the interior design world. However being an artist in this line of work can be quite different than being an artist in say the marketing field.

The same with a carpenter. Any other field will find a carpenter doing general carpenter things. But put a talented carpenter into the inner circle of interior design and you now have a wood working artist who will create with lumber, glue and nails instead of just building something. Every profession that refines itself under the New York Interior Designer umbrella becomes something better than the stand alone version of the same craft.

When is an electrician not an electrician? When he is an interior design lighting expert or a load management specialist designing a massive lighting project for an office building, entertainment venue or municipal complex. And don’t ever mistake someone doing exquisite inlaid tile work as a textile worker. More likely they are a surface contour specialists and work for Mr. Earle’s House of Upscale Design instead of Ralph’s Floor Layers Inc.
