Family Relationships

4. Share hobbies and activities with your children. Talk to them both important things like small everyday.

5. Between parents and children is important to cultivate dialogue and listening. Let them speak, understand and not judge their position immediately.

6. Actions speak louder than words. Your body language is also sending a message. Look into my eyes and put interest at that moment that you are sharing with your family. Our actions express emotions and feelings. Use gestures and facial expressions of interest and understanding of what they are saying.

7. If you have children, find time to play with them and become again a child. Read a story before bed and turn it into a daily routine.

8. Plan a trip with your family and keep in mind the tastes of all members so that everyone enjoys.

9. There are many activities you can do with your family in order to strengthen relations from going together to a concert, exercise outdoors, playing games or helping someone less fortunate.

10. Do not forget to get involved in family projects at home. From placing a fence and painting a room to planting flowers or cooking together. All these projects and many more help unite the family. Holidays becomes a party with the family.

The Car Parks Provide an Automatic Multi-Storey Building Cost Lowest Slot Parks

Saturday, August 14th, 2010

The car parks provide an automatic multi-storey building cost lowest slot Parks, typically require less volume for constructive and less land area than a conventional facility with the same capacity. However, the cost of mechanical equipment within the building that is necessary to transport the cars needs to be added internally to lower building costs to determine total costs. Other costs are also generally lower,  no need for a system that ventilates energy intensive, since cars are not driven and the cash inside or human personal security may not be necessary.

Automated car parks rely on similar technology used for steering and mechanical documentary research. The driver stops the car in the entry module. It is then transported to a parking slot by a robot trolley. For the driver, the process of parking is reduced to leave the car in the entry module.

In the high season can be a wait involved before entering or leaving. The wait is due to the fact that passengers and baggage loading occurs in the location of the entrance and exit rather than parked at the bus stop. This loading blocks the entrance or exit to be available for others. If the vehicle recovery is faster in an automatic car park or park car park of self depends on the willingness and the number of outputs.

In Locations Where the Car Park is Built

Thursday, August 12th, 2010

In the 20′s an English comic imagined a very laughable thing about this time: a hotel for cars, he drew a car park several floors. [5]

Design

The movement of vehicles between floors can be made by:

* Interior ramps – the most common type
* Exterior ramps – which may take the form of a circular ramp (colloquially known as “whirley-gig” in Latin)
* Vehicle lifts – the least possible common

In locations where the car park is built on sloping land, the car park can be split-level.

Many car parks are independent buildings devoted exclusively to that use. Charges for calculation of car parks are often less than the office building they serve (50 psf psf against 80), leading to long floor spans of 55-60 feet that allow cars to park in rows without the support columns in the meantime. The most common structural systems of the United States for these structures are either prestressed concrete floor systems, concrete double tee concrete systems or cast-in-place post-tensioned floor. Recently, car parks built to serve some of the business and residential properties are built as part of a larger building, and are often built underground as part of basement.

Car parks serving shopping centers can sometimes be built adjacent to the shopping center to make easier access on each floor between shops and parking. One example is the Mall of America in Bloomington, Minnesota, USA, which has two large car parks joined the building in the eastern and western ends of the mall. Another common position for the car parks within shopping centers in the United Kingdom is on the roof, around the various utility systems, enabling customers to take lifts straight down in the center. Examples of these are Oracle in Reading and Festival Place in Basingstoke.

Structure of “Garage” in a House

Tuesday, August 10th, 2010

The term “park multi-storey car” is used in the UK, Hong Kong, Singapore and many countries in the Commonwealth of Nations. In the western United States, use the “parking structure” of the term, especially when it is necessary to distinguish such a structure of “garage” in a house or an automobile service station. In some places in America, the “parking garage” refers only to the internal structure, often underground – multi-level open air parking facilities are referred to by a number of regional terms:

* Parking structure is used in the western United States and some civil engineers;
* Parking deck is used in the Southeast;
* Parkade is used in Canadian English, is a portmanteau of the park and arcade;
* Parking ramp is used in the upper Midwest, especially Minnesota and Wisconsin, and has been observed as far east as Toledo, Ohio and Buffalo, New York.

Architects and civil engineers are likely to call a parking structure instead, since their work is all about various structures, and this term is the vernacular in some of the western United States. When attached to a high-rise to another use, sometimes called a parking podium. In the United States building codes use the term open parking structure refer to a structure designed for storage of the car (not repair) that has several openings in the walls that do not need mechanical ventilation or fire sprinklers, compared with a “parking garage” that requires mechanical ventilation or sprinklers but does not require openings in the walls. The openings provide fresh air flow to disperse the car exhaust or fumes from a fire if one operates within the structure.
